Finding seafood that is harvested in a sustainable way won't make you crabby

This week we examined how we could "green" our diets. Do we eat less? Do we eat locally, organically, ethically, sustainably or just slowly? Do we eat at all?

I'm not one for rules at the best of times, and when it comes to food, I like it and I eat it all.

But in the face of dire predictions about global warming and rising oil prices, our abundant stream of imported, exotic, out-of-season food starts to feel, well, guilt-inducing.
